Orders
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page, and we will do our best to help. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled because of payment verification issues, incorrect billing information, unavailable inventory, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Where does REVON ship?
REVON currently ships to eligible addresses shown during checkout. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays may occasionally happen because of weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside of our control. Please check your tracking information for the latest delivery updates.
What if my package says delivered, but I cannot find it?
Check around your property, mailroom, front desk, and with anyone who may have accepted the package. You should also contact the shipping carrier directly. If the package is still missing, contact REVON through our contact page.
REVON is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, alteration, odors, or missing tags may not be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Contact us through our website’s contact page and include your order number and the item you would like to return. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
Do not send an item back without receiving return authorization.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchange availability depends on current inventory. The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or product.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error by REVON.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After the refund is processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional business days for the funds to appear.
Are sale or final-sale items returnable?
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products and Sizing
How do REVON products fit?
Fit information is provided on each product page. Review the product description and size guide before placing your order.
For a more oversized fit, consider selecting one size larger than your usual size.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Certain products may be restocked, while limited releases may not return. Follow REVON and check the website for restock announcements and future drops.
How should I care for my REVON clothing?
Machine wash cold with similar colors. Wash the garment inside out to help protect the fabric and design. Air dry when possible, or tumble dry on low heat while keeping the garment inside out.
Are product colors exactly the same as they appear online?
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device’s display settings.
Problems With an Order
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not entered processing or shipped. REVON cannot guarantee changes or refunds for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.
