14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Revon purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How to Return

Email brenden@revonofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, follow the same return process and note your preferred exchange item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
